Outstanding responsiveness and very helpful!‎ - ‎ 2-20-10 We called on a Saturday and Lynn was very helpful. Accurate Electric=Robert Williams Last year a storm blew a tree down over the line that leads to the house. We had no power and were in danger of having a fire. Robert came and was like a white knight to the rescue. He was completely correct in all that the electric company required. Fantastic Service, the Price was Fair and a Job Well Done!! What more could you ask for. I highly recommend them. So happy with the job done. You guys really know your stuff. Customer Service was off the charts, very professional and friendly. Arrived on time ready to work and got the job done faster than expected. I love my new kitchen can lights, undercabinet lighting & pendant lights over my bar. Wow, what a difference! GREAT SERVICE! I had a great experience with Accurate Electric. His receptionist was very responsive and informative. Robert came out the same day I called when we had an emergency situation, diagnosed it quickly and pulled permits and got the job done that day. I was very impressed by his expertise and diligence. He called back several times to make sure we got power back on, and was a pleasure to work with. I HIGHLY recommend Accurate Electric, and will be calling them in the future for other work. Great Job! When we found Accurate Electric looking for a second opinion because we were told that we needed a service change that would cost us $3,500. We scheduled a few other electricians for “Free Estimates” but none of them even showed up. After talking to Accurate we decided to have them come out and consult with us. All we had to pay was $45.00 to get a Master Electricians opinion. It was well worth it. Robert was very knowledgeable and told us it needed to be replaced and showed us the damage. He honestly advised us to Google "Federal Pacific Breaker Box" to see the wide spread issues with these breaker boxes. So we checked online and he was right. We were so impressed with his honestly, knowledge and the price that we hired him to change it. He pulled the permits and helped us organize our disconnection and re-connection with TXU. Before we knew it our lights were back on and our power issues disappeared. We highly recommend Accurate Electric. Submitted By: Matt Whiting
